Mr. Beshears hails from Kansas City, Kansas after
duty with the U.S. Army, most of that time spent in
Germany, he returned home to Kansas City,
Missouri in 1980. Starting his career in the pest
management industry in 1984 with a local
distribution company,he has traveled 5 states as a
sales person After earning his certification license,
he spent more time in the training of pest control
operators in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Illinois,
and Iowa for the distribution company, as the
1980's and 1990's required more training to apply
pesticides.
Then in 2002, a customer of Ray's sold out to him,
and the start of Pest Management Professionals,
Inc began. With that, the company began with a
base of commercial and residential accounts that
Ray has first handedly touched with the goal of
help solving their pest problems.
